Changing Themes...where is the button?

Hi,
I'm new here. This is so stupid...I logged on and somehow found my way around to change the theme using the default ones provided. Now, I can't find where that option is anymore...where is that place where you have to activate transfers and then you can install 10 themes at a time. 
I'm so confused...please help :'(

nevermind....i found it...and i feel really stupid for posting this....apparently you have to click on the classic themes inorder to get to that place...
