Can't login on my second site gallery for coppermine

It seems I can login initially and the admin section loads and everthing looks good.   I leave for a while and I try coming back and when I login my login info is accepted but the admin tool bar and the extra links do not load.  It is as if I never logged in.   This is happening on my second of 2 secondary sites if that makes a difference.  I had my host check it and the tech could see the admin tool bar on his end so there must be something blocking it from loading.  Anyone have any ideas.
