You are running quite an old version of coppermine. As well as new features there are also many security fixes in the new version. It's very easy to upgrade if you read the docs first. Updating to the latest version will probably fix your problem.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

I already upgraded it to the last version its just the name of the folder that I didnt change so you think its old version but this is the newest one

Good to see you have updated, initially I could not read the version as my language skills are not the best.

All the text that is showing corrupt is read from your MySql database. It looks to me like either you database is corrupt or there is an encoding issue with your database.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

You need to convert your database content to unicode. There is a script included to do this.
