Problem with Danish letters after upgrade.

Hi

Great program by the way... 

i just upgraded to 1.4.12 from 1.4.9, and it went okay with a minor twist..
all of my usernames, comments aso.. with danish letters in it, like æøå.. got changed..( ex. acryl p� l�rred)

i have changed my codepage to UTF-8 (or it really gets ugly).

How can change all usernames, comments, content.. without telling my users to unload and upload again..

CLose this.. I was´nt logged in as Admin.. then it worked..
