How to have users submit albums different galleries...

I am a little confused.  Can users post in other galleries besides the user one, or can they create albums in other galleries as well?

All I want is four galleries for different cars.  I want users to be able to post their own album in whatever gallery corresponds to their car.  Is this hard to do?

users can not create albums outside of their user gallery, you will have to create them for your users.

In other words: if your request is to have 4 categories named "ford", "gm", "bmw" and "toyota" and allow users to be able to create their own albums within those 4 categories, then the answer is: this is currently not possible.
