Re-arranging Album Order

I know that it is possible to arrange pictures within the albums into orders depending on their name, date and such, but it is possible to do the same thing with the albums? I would prefer that my newer albums showed up on the first page of album listings.

afaik there has been a hack posted that can do this, search the mods/hacks board.
