Change file title and description

I posted a pic so my question is where do I find "File Title" and "File Description" so i can change it to say something else.

What do you actually want to change? The words? If yes, then edit lang/english.php or whatever language you use. Search for

  'pic_title' => 'File title',
  'description' => 'File description',and change as you see fit.

Another question related to the "File Title".

How can I autofill the field based on input from 3 user defined fields?

I have First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name fields and I want to combine them all as a file name into the File Title field automatically.

Can this be done?
