Email restriction

Good Afternoon

I know there is a way to modify based on email extension for authorized/restricted registration.  I just can't remember where it is on the board.  I want to exclude accounts like .msn, .yahoo, .21cn emaill address from requesting new accounts.  What php file is it that I add those extensions in to restrict them?
