hi,first of all sorry if its not at the right place.

I would like to do something like that http://www.amber-heard.org/gallery/  the owner of this site has the same look for both her site and and her gallery,I just made my own layout for my site and I would like to know,do I need a plug in or its more a coding thing? could someone help me please?
