I tried doing a search and contacted my host (their entire 24/7 live chat support are idiots) about the issue.  I'm going to call them but I would like to know whats going on first.  If it's on my end, I can deal with it, if its a server configuration issue then i want be able to tell them what to fix.

Well, both display and logging of errors are disabled so there is nothing to do but guess. Make sure you uploaded all the files.
