When a user has an upload error with this mod, he gets the notice asking if he wants to notify the webmaster:
QuoteAn error occured during upload.  Do you want to send all relevant information to the webmaster?

An error occured during log management(flush)

Could not send...

But if he choses to do this - it doesn't work.

Is there a way to turn off this option to notify the webmaster?

Right, this should be an option.

  This should also ... be corrected. This doesn't work since a long time... I started working on this one. But I guess it won't be productive this summer...
