Installation problem with Coppermine

I've installed the gallery in this directory.

When I run the install.php I get this error. I did set the permissions to albums, include, and the install.php.

"The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log."

I am hosting through IPower and the hosting account support PHP 4.4.7, MySQL Version     5.0.45, Perl 5.8.8.

Any suggestions?

When I did a search on The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. I get several hits. Check the error log as the error recommends. Here's a good starting post.
