[n/a - 1.3 support request]: Uploading problem

We have the coppermine gallery at my website, which is also using ipb 1.3.  The upload file link only works in "admin mode".  When we try the link in "user mode" it simply goes to a blank white screen.  Any ideas?

You are using the 1.3 beta, which is not supported yet.  Please read the CPG 1.3 Testing/Bugs Forum to see how to deal with this issue. After you have updated your files to the current build, please report any bugs with IPB integration in the appropriate thread on that board.
