i have disable the flags but where I can activate those again  ::)

the language selector by flags is a cpg1.3.0 feature - since cpg1.3.0 has still beta status, there's no support for it, only experienced users are recommended to use it.
Even if there was support, there's little I could suggest if you don't provide more details on how you disabled the flags (usually, links help a lot as well).
