Upload problem - need help

Hi guys  it's me again - I still can not upload my file.

I don't understand why, because Gau Gau has no problem to upload a picture using test account.

Anyway I've got below error message:

No file was uploaded !
If you have really selected a file to upload, check that the server allows file uploads...
File: /home/pribadi/public_html/db_input.php - Line: 311

Hi guys  I've tried again with smaller size of image and it works fine.
