How do you remove the coppermine logo in the header of the classic theme?

Edit theme.htm. This has been asked many times so try the search facility where you will find the exact code to edit.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Actually, you edit themes/yourtheme/template.html
As Phill suggested: RTFM before asking questions.
