I am a new user of cfg and I really like it. There is one thing I can't find (or maybe it is not there yet). When submitting foto's i would like the uploader to be able to enter his name in a separate field. In the multi picture view, it shows the date submitted. I would like to see the 2 more lines of text in this view (optional), beside the date submitted the name of the submitter/photographer and the title.

That's what the "Custom fields for image description" are for. Go to coppermine config and Fill the text fields labelled "Field 1 name", "Field 2 name" etc. and those fields will turn up both on the uploads page and the pic view.
