[Invalid]: Adding slideshow link to thumbnails page?

Hello,
I have searched the search forum but haven't been able to come up with a solution, so I'm adding this post.  (The closest thing I've found is this - http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,11015.0.html
I was hoping to add a "start slideshow" link to on the top of thumbnails page (right after the "home" – "gallery name" links on the top table of the thumbnails page, above the thumbnails photos).
I'm a php php newbie, but am thinking that adding a couple of lines to the thumbnails.php would do the trick.
