Line break in contact

Dear developers,

I get a message from Contact form. When user used a line break (ex. Enter) in message, then I get in mail:

...problem.\r\nHave an another...

What is \r\n? This was an Enter in original message. How can I change these characters to valid line break for email? This language error?
