i looked for support for this, but i couldnt manage to find any answers to what im looking for.
well, on my site, people can comment. and some [beep] has made a script that makes accounts and post spam as comments to alot of pictures. so i set comments for approval from admin so my site wont be spammed. i have banned these user. but he just creates new users and keeps this going.
is there a way i can find his ip and just ban this annoying piece of shit? doesnt seems to bother him to create new users, since the site has been "popular"
but im getting sick and tired of this. and i really want to ban him permanently!

That's possible with a simple check during the registration. But e.g. in Germany you'll get a new IP address with every reconnect at the most ISPs. So it's not very useful to ban that IP address imo. Also consider proxies etc.
