Hey, Im Trying Upload A HQ Pictures In My Photo Gallery And It Keeps Saying File Too Big, But When I Go On Other PhotoGalleries They Have The Same Size Images I Do, Is There A Way I Can Change Settings In Order for It To Upload?

how do i change the settings  ::). that's what i asked for? bececause i can't find the php.ini file.
