Can not delete categories

I try to delete categories I dont use anymore, but whenever I hit delete, click yes on delete. Nothing happens. I cant edit categories either...

I can make new categories.

Any suggestions?

I know, but I dont know what I did or what went down. All I know is that it is solved. Tried to delete my post, but I cold not, so I just used Solved..
