Admin Tools: Error

Everytime I want to use admin tools for updating my thumbs/pix I get this:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1466 bytes) in /home/kristind/public_html/photos/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 448

How do I fix it???
