FullSize POP UP RESIZED!

Hey guys...I've installed a new gallery in a new website and I have this kind of problem.
When I click to show fullsize the popup appears resized and it also resize the picture (not properly if u save the picture it is in its real size).

My question is: I have another website where I had the same problem a few years ago but I don't remember how I fixed it.
I remember I've changed something in a page but I totally forgot the process.

Is there anyone who can help me?

That's not what I've used and I'm not going to use it!!

If you don't want to use the easiest solution, it's your decision. Feel free to search our boards, as there are already a lot of threads which deal with exactly the same issue.

As I said a few years ago I fixed it in another gallery without using that solution...
