Can you link an album to another album?

I've searched but I'm not finding what I'm looking for.  I'm wanting to know if there is a way to create an album in one category that when clicked to open it will direct you to another album in a different category?

That's not possible out of the box. But you could use the album keyword feature to link images from the other album to that album.

Alternatively, a redirection rule on web server level (.htaccess) should work.
