update existing jupload version

i am having problem in updating jupload (wscript wallpare script) there is folder called jupload which has

jakarta-commons-net.jar
jakarta-commons-oro.jar
NimRODLF-0.98b.jar
NimRODThemeFile.theme
plugin.jar
wjhk.jupload.jar
commons-net-1.4.1.jar

and now i want to upgrade this jupload/upgrade to coppermine image uploader i googled from past 2 days but nothing helps and when i replaced these files it stop working with an error please help me
