Upgrade -> 1.5.20 / Version check

hi,

I just upgraded from 1.5.16 to 1.5.20 from sourceforge.net .
I followed the upgrade instructions in the documentation.

If now I run a version check, they all are 1.5.20, but I get a lot of messages about modified files.
I checked some by downloading from the repository: The files are different and marked as version 1.5.21  :-(

So I think, thats ok, but less experienced users may get worried about that.

However, there have been already some threads dealing with modified files, e.g. http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,73406.0.html

cpg1.5.21 is the current development version of cpg1.5.x.
