Add IP address to security log??

If there a way to add the person's IP address in the security log when they are trying to log onto system?

e.g.  •  May 14, 2013 at 09:46 AM - Failed login attempt with Username: HHGKarla <ip_address>

Sorry, forgot to add -

after the fail - include the IP address of that user in the fail message.
