After updating from 1.3 to 1.4 then 1.5
no settings link in admin page
please help

Instead of hovering over the Config button, just click it.  That will take you to the main configuration settings.
Running SMF 2.1.4  / Tinyportal 3.0.1, bridged with Coppermine 1.6.25, plus cpmfetch 2.0.0
