remove use of E_STRICT (PHP 8.4 deprecated)
update README to reflect new website
align code with new .com CPG website
correct deprecation in captcha

Wont install with MySQLi setup instead of MySQL and PHP 7
saw on another post that version 1.6 will support MySQLi - any downloads available or time to production

If I change back to MySQL my other sites wont work!

cpg1.6.x is not released and thus unsupported! However, if you still want to try, it's available here: https://github.com/coppermine-gallery/cpg1.6.x
