Hi I can find the link but its not the question of removal.
The question is it okay to change "Powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery" TO "2jc Photo and Art work Powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery" and if so where can I find the text.

See themes/sample/theme.php for an example of how to override the function theme_credits() in your theme.  Copy the function to your theme's theme.php file and modify as needed.
