Interface for Theme Color Editing

Hello,

i was wondering if is possible to have an interface where we can personalize the colors of the theme in order to avoid to touch the code and create eventually some issue to the correct work of the webpages.

Best to do is create your own theme and then modify the CSS.
Copy one of the themes distributed with CPG (not 'sample') to a different folder. Set the theme in config to that new folder name. Then make all the changes you want to it.
