We are currently running a standalone Gallery (not bridged). The format is simple - Years are Categories, Months are Albums.

Last week we tried to create further Albums, but we are getting different Error messages - see attached screenshots.

Any help finding out why we are getting the errors, and more to the point, how to get rid of them, would be much appreciated.
