header.php only for Admin

Hello, is there any way to secure the header.php only for admins ?

I put some links there to make a databasecopy and some other tools.
but i don`t want that every user couls follow my Links..
can i put a query in the header that the links are only shown for an admin user ?!
Or, better.. Some Links if it´s a user and other Links if it`s a admin ?!

There is no header.php so I'm not sure what you are referring to. But you can place the shell of an admin tool in tools to just present said links to you.
