After you installed 1.1.0, did you add any photos to your 1.1.0 installation before trying to bring 1.0 into 1.1.0?

OK, my first suggestion is that you totally wipe out your 1.1.0 installation and start over.  Make sure you follow the upgrade instructions very closely.

If it still errors out, we'll work from there.

after i put the 1.1 in a new dir and copy albums to the 1.1 dir, i put the upgrade script in the new dir and execute the upgrade script. but this is the result:
