local instalation problem

hi,
i need to install coppermine first in my comp locally, but i cant get to install it

i created folder called coppermine in my local (is becouse i have in there other folders called modules, blocks, etc.

to coppermine i upload it : albums, blocks, modules

when i point to: http://127.0.0.1/NEWINFO/coppermine/modules/Gallery/install.php               says: Not in Coppermine...

what should i do to run installer locally?

We don't support php-nuke.  The standalone version does not work with php-nuke.  There is no phpnuke version anymore.  Go to www.cpgnuke.com.
