Points System

How about a point system where users get points based on ratings, refferers, and anything else that could be possible?

And just to make it a bit better for people who would not want such a feature, on/off in config and what users get points for and so they can choose how many points something gets?

this is more a kind of "community app" thing, not something everybody would want in a photo gallery app. We have to decide if new features actually are benefitial for the majority of users or only a few; in this case I'd say only a few (and the feature wouldn't work in a bridged setup anyway, since it'd require fiddling in the bbs' db tables). Imo this feature would be bloat - won't go into the todo list for the core code. However, you're welcome to post it as a hack/mod, as some might find it usefull...

ok, i just thought it would be a cool way to get ppl coming back to sites, when i have finished my college project i may give this hack a go
