Change something in the startup file

[pamibo]

Hallo,

I will add something in the main File where "Powered by Coppermine" is.
I want add a link to my homepage, but what is the name of this file??

May also be that I want to bring this link neat to the Login Registration part or is it the same file?

Thank for answer
