[SOLUTION] Error installing cpgnuke1.2.0rc2 on PHP-Nuke-6.5+

I got error installing coppermine 1.2.0 rc2 on phpnuke 6.9
this is the error:
Warning: set_cpg_config(/web/htdocs/www.sesso1.org/home/phpnuke/modules/coppermine/include/sql_parse.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /web/htdocs/www.sesso1.org/home/phpnuke/modules/coppermine/install.php on line 142
and so on!
I tried to use absolute path but the error is still the same!
any idea?
i download rc2 at the url:
http://coppermine.findhere.org/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=5

any idea?

Permmision denied?

chmod de "include" directory to 777

in the istallation.txt file it say to chmod 766 ...maybe it must be update:-)
