change DB IP storage fields to accommodate IPv6 addresses
remove use of E_STRICT (PHP 8.4 deprecated)
update README to reflect new website
align code with new .com CPG website
correct deprecation in captcha

when I make a change to my THEME I want to use, it says it is updated but I don't see any change. When I go back to Config, it reverts to the way it was set.

Any ideas?

reset your theme setting (stored in your cookie) by adding theme=xxx to the url.
