(Release) Gold Star Rating Images

Could a mod/admin please put this in the proper channel please

I came up with a new set of rating icons for coppermine users who have dark backgrounds like myself. They will work (not very well at all) with light backgrounds but look much better on dark. Stars are on transparent backing.
