config.php invalid action

I have upload and installed photogallery 1.3.3 yesterday and it works fine.  Changed to norwegian language
But when i log in as administrator and choose "Konfigurasjon"  -  config.php
The first line is :  Invalid action
and it is not possible to change anything in the config  "There are no button to choose SAVE"

Photogallery works and I don't plan to change anything in config.php but I would like to get rid of the Invalid action

I changed the language to English with http://www.mysite.com/photogallery/?lang=English

Then I got rid of the error and could change and save configuration.
There must be something wrong in the norwegian language file?

I have the same problem to, can someone please tell me how to resolve it?
I have  CPG 1.3.3 with Norwegian language.
