not able to view users

i thought ide put this in here as i intergrated it with phpbb

when i try to view users in admin mode i get the msg

127.0.0.1UHCC could not be found. the button is pointing to 127.0.0.1/UHCC/coppermine/usermgr.php

any help?

edit: i have hust found out it does it when i try to log in and out too.. although i can login on phpbb and be logged in on coppermine and log out on phpbb.. etcetc
