prob. with install0 didn't find the error in FAQ

Hello all.  I'm not sure if I am being totally dense here, as I have installed Coppermine on a GoDaddy account before, but when I hit the 'Let's Go' button to install I'm getting the error:

MySQL error was : Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)

So.... any ideas?

I would recommend contacting your webhost GoDaddy. It is a mySQL connection issue with the server.

hrm, changed the password and still the same problem.  Guess I will need to contact GoDaddy, which I am not looking forward to.
