i cant use CONFIG in 1.4.1 beta

I am testing 1.4.1. beta version. But i cant Access to CONFIG Why?

When i push config it apears:

Garelly Configuration
Expand All

I push Xpand All but not work (isn status bar apears "javascript:expand();" when i push
