I setup Coppermine so that users can have personal albums and also we have some public albums which we place the best photos from the users on these public albums.
Users do not have permissions to place photos on the public albums. Is there a way so that when we move a photo from the user album to the pulic that it will be also displayed under the user album???

Not correct, it's only a matter of setting coppermine up properly.

No, not with the current stable version cpg1.3.x
