webhost sourceforge appears to have issues. Download directly, using this link: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/coppermine/cpg1.3.4.zip?download

If the sourceforge download isn't working, then you can't find it anywhere.  Please take some time to search the forums before posting - nuke is not supported.
