Answering your question just seems lame and takes far too much time.

Search the boards and RTFM!

Use your browser to go to http://yoursite.com/your_coppermine_directory/xp_publish.php
It gives full instructions there.

But it is much easier for the admin to ftp, where you can create and manage your own directory structure.  Xp_publish is realy designed for users, not admin.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

You will note that I instructed you to search the boards.  Had you read the announcements and the stickies first, you would have seen the sticky labeled "XP Publisher, How to Use It." You would have had your answer yesterday, and you would not have made everyone think you were just too lazy to read a few lines of text.

Proper support board etiquette requires that you read the stickies and announcements first.  That way you don't post silly questions that have been answered a milllion times. Answering the same questions again and again is a foolish waste of resources.

BTW, posting that Coppermine is only fit to hold 10-20 pictures is a great way to make friends with the Dev Team.
