users can't upload pic to there own albums

I have sayd YES in groups and also in album properties

I think it is a album where there can be upload the pic to...

how do i make this??

I can confirm you have a problem.  I logged on, and was able to create my own album, but when trying to upload, was told, there was no album where I could upload.

I tried to see if this is theme related, but was unable to change theme.  Can you upload the default theme, so we can check that?
