Registered users can not upload images to public albums

What albums are they supposed to be able to upload to? The ones you (as admin) created in the public categories? If yes, do as suggested in the docs: groups control panel, set "Public albums upload" to "yes" for the group your members are in (usually "registered"). Then go to the album properties of the individual albums that your users are supposed to be able to upload to and set "visitors can upload files" to "yes". As suggested, this is being explained in the docs and has been explained countless times already on this board, so please read the docs and search the board in the future before asking questions, as we're reluctant to explain the same thing over and over. And btw: don't post debug_output unless a supporter explicitely asks for it.

All these settings (like above) are correct, everything is set to yes.
I had a problem with cookies but this is fixed.

I had the same feeling so I was working on new screenshots.
I also took screenshot from my groups

Set 'albums can be private' to yes in config and then remove any access restrictions from album properties. Set the option back to no afterwards.

I changed 'albusm can be private' in config.
If I want to change 'Album can be viewed by' everybody (public) because now it's me only and I click update album I get follow remark "
No update needed." but when I go back in proporties it's back to me only

all the rest is yes in proporties
